About This Course
This project began in the spring of 2010 when the Canadian Homelessness Research Network (CHRN) sponsored a Leadership Academy in Program Evaluation at York University for people who worked in the homelessness sector. This three-day academy aimed to build on participants’ knowledge by providing a platform to share innovative and practical approaches to program evaluation. Over the next year, CHRN worked with participants of the Leadership Academy, supporting their efforts to design and implement program evaluation frameworks in their agencies. The structure and content of the first module and other modules in this series have been informed by our ongoing learning with members of the Leadership Academy and continued dialogue with other homelessness sector leaders.
